Please read these terms carefully before using the 111k platform. By registering or using the platform, you agree to all of these terms.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 111k platform and all services associated with it. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms in full.

111k is an online betting and casino platform built specifically for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers a variety of gaming entertainment including cricket betting, slots, live casino, card games, and crash games.

111k provides the following services: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and others), live casino games, online slots, card games (including Callbreak), crash games, and fishing games. The platform reserves the right to change the scope of services at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the services at 111k, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You must register under your real identity.
  • You may hold only one account at a time.
  • You must be mentally and financially capable.
Age Verification: This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. 111k may request proof of age documentation at any time.

2.2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account.

Information required for registration includes: full name, date of birth, contact number and email address, and payment method details.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 111k support immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

111k may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. This process is necessary to prevent fraud and ensure platform security. If documents are not submitted, account activity may be temporarily restricted.

Bonuses & Promotions

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New 111k members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions apply for this bonus to take effect:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300
  • Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.
Example 1: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 in bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

Example 2: If you deposit ৳32,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making your total balance ৳47,000.

3.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each user is eligible for one welcome bonus per person.
  • If the bonus is misused from the same IP address or device, the bonus may be cancelled.
  • 111k reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
  • Bonus funds may only be wagered on games designated by the platform.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.

3.3 VIP Program

Regular members can participate in the 111k VIP program. VIP tier details are as follows:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

VIP tiers advance based on regular active participation and engagement across various games on the platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at 111k: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, etc.).

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • Using the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Typical withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • If identity verification is not completed, withdrawal processing may be delayed.

4.3 Transaction Security

111k uses SSL encryption technology to keep all financial transactions secure. If you experience any issue with a transaction, contact the support team immediately.

Warning: Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Rules for Placing Bets

The following rules apply when placing bets on 111k:

  • A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a problem occurs due to a technical error, 111k will make a decision subject to investigation.
  • A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance.
  • If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, the account may be reviewed.

5.2 Sports Betting

Keep the following in mind when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events:

  • If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with 111k's policy.
  • Odds offered are variable and may be updated at any time.
  • In live betting, odds may change at the time of bet confirmation.

5.3 Casino & Slot Games

Casino game and slot results are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. If a technical issue arises with a game result, 111k will investigate and take appropriate action.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and all funds in the account may be forfeited:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Misuse or fraud of bonus benefits.
  • Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
  • Any form of cheating, hacking, or system manipulation.
  • Transacting funds from illegal sources (money laundering).
  • Playing games using third-party software or bots.
  • Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
  • Abusive or threatening behaviour towards support staff.
Disciplinary Action: If you are found to be involved in any of the above activities, 111k may close the account without prior notice and take appropriate legal action.

Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

111k strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, however the service may be temporarily disrupted for the following reasons:

  • Scheduled maintenance or update activities.
  • Technical issues related to servers or networks.
  • Internet connectivity issues or third-party service problems.
  • Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

7.2 Liability for Losses

111k is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from playing games on the platform. Gaming and betting are risky activities and users participate of their own free will with full awareness.

7.3 Third-Party Content

111k bears limited responsibility for the content and functionality of games provided by third-party game suppliers on 111k (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.). The game supplier's own terms and conditions also apply.

111k places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

8.1 Data Collection

Account Closure & Suspension

9.2 Suspension or Closure by 111k

111k reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Participation in prohibited activities.
  • Providing false information.
  • The account remaining inactive for an extended period of time.
